■ Shipping Information
Delivery will be processed sequentially within approximately 3-10 business days from the date of payment. (Separate information will be provided for B2B purchases.)
Delivery is not available on weekends and public holidays.
Actual shipping costs may apply depending on the distance traveled by refrigerated/frozen vehicles.

■ Exchange/Refund Information
Product cancellations (exchanges/refunds) are available within 7 days of receipt.
If the product is different from the description or advertisement, or if the product is defective, exchanges/refunds are available within 3 months of receipt or within 30 days of becoming aware of the defect.
Exchanges/returns due to a change of mind will not be accepted if the request is made after 7 days of receipt.
Exchanges/refunds may not be accepted even within this period in the following cases: For beverages and other boxed products, returns are not accepted if a portion of the product has been opened and consumed (excluding opening for the purpose of checking the contents).
Returns/Compensation Due to Price Fluctuations
Due to the nature of fresh/frozen foods, returns are difficult once delivery begins, unless the product is defective.
If the product value has been lost due to customer use or partial consumption.
If the product value has been reduced to the point where resale is difficult due to the passage of time.
If product components are missing or damaged, which restricts cancellation rights, return shipping is free in the case of defective or incorrectly delivered products. Returns due to a simple change of mind may incur round-trip shipping charges.
