Since the music box is an analog player where metal pins on the cylinder pluck metal tines to produce melody, it is natural to hear slight operational sounds like metal friction and the airflow from the speed regulator.

Due to the nature of wood, the grain may be uneven, which is a natural feature and not a reason for exchange or return.
